Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Creative Designer to join our team. As a Creative Designer at ibros, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our projects. You'll collaborate with a team of creative professionals to design stunning visuals that captivate audiences and align with client goals.

Responsibilities:

• Design visually compelling content for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and branding materials.

• Collaborate with the marketing, development, and client teams to conceptualize and execute creative strategies.

• Create and refine UI/UX designs for web and mobile applications.

• Develop design systems and maintain consistency across all brand assets.

• Work on motion graphics, videos, and animations to enhance storytelling and engagement.

• Stay updated on design trends and tools to bring fresh perspectives to projects.

• Present design ideas and concepts to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Proficiency in UI/UX tools like Figma or Adobe XD.

• Familiarity with basic video editing and motion graphics (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve).

• Strong conceptual thinking and an eye for detail in typography, color, and layout.

• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and branding principles.

• Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms is a plus.

• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work (branding, web design, social media content, etc.).

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
